To file a return of this type, please email us at customerservice@yukon-outfitters.com and be sure to include your full name, mailing address, contact number, copy of your receipt and pictures of the defect. You will be contacted within 3 business days from a customer service representative regarding your claim where further action will be taken that may require you to send us your defective item before a replacement can be issued.

No proof of purchase is necessary and all repairs are free of charge but you will need to pay for the shipping costs related to the repair.
